HR International heavy-duty feeders and grizzly feeders offer high productivity, reliability and ease of maintenance. Setting the industry standard their outstanding versatility has been proven on thousands of installations worldwide. At the heart of every HR International Feeder is the innovative oil lubricated vibrator unit which can be either a two, four or even eight shafted mechanism which is geared together and comes with 4, 8 or 16 bearings depending on the application.
With capacities of up to 8,000 t.p.h the standard range of HR International feeders can feature either a full length solid pan deck, optional vari-grid grizzly bars in 1.2 m, 1.8 m or 2.4 m lengths or horizontal, sloped & stepped deck arrangements.
Our standard range of Vibrating Feeders start from 3' x 8' right through to 10' x 30' and these are available in multi-deck arrangements. For extra heavy duty and higher capacity applications, HR International can custom design feeders to withstand the severest impacts with the largest material lump sizes up to 100 square inches.
For light & medium applications HR International Inc. has developed the Umbex feeder as a cost effective solution. Applying the same basic design criteria, the Umbex Feeders are driven by single or twin low noise outer-balance vibrator motors.
