This state of the art vibrator unit can be used for both incline and horizontal screens and can be mounted through or above the machine to impart different types of motions.
Features include:
- The mechanism contains two double spherical roller bearings with bore sizes up to 140mm.
- Bearing pods are connected using a cardan shaft reducing the weight of the vibrator mechanism and increasing the space between the decks to replace meshes.
- Designed for machines wider than 8'
- Complete pods can be interchangeable allowing less downtime.
- High number of bearings within each pod increase bearing life by almost double.
