The H.R International Horizontal Screen lends itself to a broad range of configurations, suitable for either horizontal or low angle installation.

Our Horizontal screens assist in reducing conveyor heights, providing space for taller feed hoppers and can be installed where existing headroom is at a premium. Our horizontal screens can be driven with an oil lubricated vibrator unit which will be either a two or four shafted mechanism which is geared together. Depending on the application it will have 4 or 8 bearings.

This vibrator unit imparts a three-way motion to the screen, with horizontal, vertical and elliptical components providing high capacity, fast conveying and sharper sizing. The mechanism can be mounted above the screen to allow for maximum distance between the decks for easy maintenance when replacing mats. Our standard range of Horizontal Screens start from 3' x 8' right through to 9' x 24' and these are available in single and multi-deck arrangements.
