Eliptial Throw De-waterizers

HR International pioneered the development of vibrating de-waterizers for the removal of surface moisture to enhance product quality.

The vast experience of H.R International includes the processing of materials ranging from sand, metallic ores, crushed stone and slag to coal, potash, rock salt and wood chips. H.R International de-waterizers can also be specifically applied in pre-wetting, de-sliming and rinsing filtration media.

Eliptial Throw De-waterizers

The inclination of our de-waterizers range between 2-5 degrees uphill angle to give the final product a moisture content of around 8-15% for suitable conveying. Our de-waterizers come with rubber cross-member protection as standard to increase life & durability of the machine.

Our de-waterizers can be driven with an oil lubricated vibrator unit which will be either a two or four shafted mechanism which is geared together. Depending on the application it will have 4 or 8 bearings. Our standard range of de-waterizers start from 3' x 8' right through to 9' x 24' in single or double deck configuration.

For smaller applications H.R International can offer the more economical Umbex de-waterizer which is driven by single or twin outer-balance vibrator motors.
