HR International has a proven history of bulk material handling and processing dating back to 1891 when Hewitt-Robins’ first innovative Belt Conveyors were conceived. HRI’s high speed vibrating screens followed in 1912 and for more than 70 years the company has developed a world-leading reputation for strength and endurance in the heaviest industrial plant installations. Our equipment is operational throughout the world in industries ranging from mining and quarrying to foundries and ore preparation plant.

During 1997 the management team of HR International purchased 50% of existing shares from American parent, W.S. Tyler. Following the takeover of W.S. Tyler in November 1999 the British management team took up the remaining shares in the company to become sole-owners of Hewitt-Robins International. To mark the birth of a new era for HRI products the company was subsequently renamed HR International Crushing & Screening Ltd.

Today, HR International has one of the widest ranges of vibrating screens, feeders, crushers, and special application machinery available worldwide; its proven screen and crusher brands including the Container Classic and the Super Jaw all setting standards by which competitors’ equipment is judged. The Company’s efficient and competitive UK based manufacturing capability produces standard and custom-designed equipment, complemented by a full range of fabrication and mechanical engineering services.

With offices in the UK, France and Czech Republic the Company provide s comprehensive design, production, installation, service and parts back-up to complete modular plant. Our highly professional team of sales, design and service engineers ensures total customer support; building on HRI’s unequaled reputation for solving production problems through years of experience and design excellence.
